Sporting Memories is a free weekly local club for older sports fans to enjoy chatting over a cuppa and biscuits with like minded fellow members.

These clubs are perfect for older people who enjoy chatting about sport of all types. They might be living with long term conditions such as dementia, depression or loneliness. By using the power of remembering and reminiscing with like minded people we aim to help members build new friendships and enjoy the support of a weekly meeting. At meetings we enjoy chat, quizzes and gentle inclusive exercise. Most of all we always have a lot of fun. All of these activities are proven to help older people stay engaged and active for longer.
