Pair are due to appear at Kirkcaldy Sheriff Court today.
Two women have been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a two-year old boy in Fife.
Liam Fee died at his home in Thornton's Donald Crescent on 22nd March 2014.
A police investigation has been ongoing since then.
