With the school holidays in full swing we're all more likely to head to one of Fife's beaches to try and keep the kids entertained.

And KingdomFM is partnering up with the RNLI to make sure you and your young ones stay safe while you're there.

Senior lifeguard Tamzin explains some of the equipment they use to rescue those in danger and get them the help they need.
