The Scottish Liberal Democrat Autumn Conference is taking place in Dunfermline.
During his keynote speech, Leader Willie Rennie will announce that he IS prepared to look at and explore SNP proposals to devolve full welfare powers to Holyrood.
The party has - up until now - been against the move.
