A petition against the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership was handed to MP Douglas Chapman today in Dunfermline.
Protestors met in Dunfermline town centre to raise awareness for the campaign before handing the petition to the Dunfermline and West Fife SNP MP.
It calls for the prevention of the Transatlantic Trade and Investment Partnership (TTIP), a free trade deal that campaigners say would put the NHS at risk.
TTIP would open up trade links between Europe and the USA, which the government say would boost the economy and cut import taxes.
It is feared the deal could allow foreign investors to sue the UK if their financial interests are risked- for example, if foreign healthcare companies felt our health service was undercutting them.
