Tourist boom predicted

The number of visitors to Scotland is expected to rise faster than the UK average, according to a new report.

And the study by Barclays says spending by overseas tourists will rise by 40 percent by 2017. The average rise across the UK is expected to be 34 percent. By 2017 the report expects Scotland to earn a total of £2.3 billion from overseas visitors.
