Scotland's pension system needs to be overhauled before it's too late.
Work and state pensions have been declared inadequate by a think tank which believes we're headed for disaster if things don't change. Reform Scotland is suggesting a system where workers pay a mandatory percentage of their salaries into a new defined contribution scheme. Here's its chairman Ben Thomson:
