NHS Fife is urging the Kingdom's estimated 73 thousand smokers to give up cigarettes by attending their free support groups.
NHS Fife is supporting people in the Kingdom with their New Year's Resolutions to stop smoking.
The health board is running free Stop Smoking Sessions in Dunfermline and meet for the first time on the 20th of January at 6pm.
The sessions also offer the chance to access free gym and swim sessions through Fife leisure.
Figures show over 73 thousand people across the Kingdom smoke but by accessing support you are four times more likely to quit for good.
Catriona Appolinari is a Stop Smoking Adviser and says there are lots of immediate benefits from giving up.
