Aviation regulators have announced a series of measures to improve offshore helicopter safety.
It comes after an inquiry into a fatal Super Puma crash last year. Passengers will have to be seated next to emergecy exits and there will be a size limit for those on board. The Civil Aviation Authority says helicopters won't be allowed to fly offshore in severe sea conditions.
