Farmers in Fife and across Scotland have been helping to try and save an iconic Scottish Bird
The corn bunting was once widespread but following rapid declines there have been several local extinctions during the last decade and now roughly 800 pairs remain in Scotland.
Farmers across Scotland are changing the fortunes of these birds. In Fife the amount of land being managed to help corn buntings has doubled this year.
Yvonne Stephan, RSPB Corn Bunting Officer said:
"Everyone who knows me, knows how much I like the corn buntings and it has been a privilege to meet farmers who share that passion."
