Police appealing for information about a man missing from Rosyth

Police are seeking information after a man from Roysth went missing from his home.

35-year-old Keith MacGregor was last seen in Overton Mains in Kirkcaldy at around 3pm yesterday.

He's described as 6 foot 1, skinny, with cropped strawberry blond hair.

When he was last seen, he was wearing an orange Rangers top, a rain jacket, denim jeans, Adidas trainers and was carrying a black Puma rucksack.

Sergeant Chris McGlinchey from Dalgety Bay Police Station said: "We believe that Keith may have been in a wooded area of Heathery Wood, Kirkcaldy, yesterday or today.

"Officers have been searching the area as well as checking with family and friends, however, unfortunately, no one has seen or heard from him since yesterday afternoon.

"We are keen to trace Keith to make sure he is safe and well and would appeal to members of the public to look out for him.

"We are liaising with colleagues at British Transport Police as well as working with local bus, train and taxi companies.

"We'd also ask Keith himself to get in touch with us so that we can make sure he is ok."

Anyone who has seen Keith, or have any information about where he may be, is being asked to call officers at Dalgety Bay Police Station via 101 and quote reference number 0681 of Friday 17 July 2020.
