Police appeal for information after report of man behaving in suspicious manner in Kirkcaldy

Police are appealing for information after a report of a man acting in a suspicious manner in Kirkcaldy

The incident took place around 9.30pm on Saturday (29 October), at an alley off St Kilda Crescent.

Officers are describing the man as white, around 6 foot tall, of medium build, approximately 30 to 50-years-old and having a bald or shaven head.

He was wearing a dark coloured hooded top, with a zip up the front and dark trainers.

Inquiries to establish the circumstances have been ongoing, with Police Scotland keen to hear from any drivers who were in the Templehall area around the time and may have dash cam footage.

Detective Sergeant Alasdair Young said: "We are continuing to ask anyone with information to come forward.
