PM: 'No Second Referendum'

David Cameron says there will be no second Scottish independence referendum while he's Prime Minister.

He's spoken out after Alex Salmond said another vote is 'inevitable', while First Minister Nicola Sturgeon says she's yet to decide if one will feature in the SNPs 2016 Holyrood election manifesto.

Mr Cameron says a further referendum would have to be 'legal, fair and properly constituted' but says there is no need for it.

Scottish Secretary David Mundell has also hit out at the SNP and says it's time to get down to work.

He claims the Scottish Government's overseeing a 'crisis' in Police Scotland, facing shortages in the NHS and missing their own targets on school class sizes.
