A 65-year-old man has died after a disturbance at a house in Glenrothes last night.
Police were called to Uist Road in the Pitcoudie area at around 7pm yesterday.
Officers have confirmed the death is being treated as suspicious and a 29-year-old man has been arrested.
Inquiries are continuing.
