Police have arrested a man after a woman was assaulted in Fife.
The 25-year-old was targeted in Pittencrieff Park in Dunfermline, early in the morning of May 24.
Officers previously said they were treating it as assault with intent to rape.
A 40-year-old man has now been charged and will appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court on Monday.
A full report will be sent to the procurator fiscal.
