MSPs have passed legislation aimed at making Scotland 'the best place in the world to grow up'.
The Children and Young People Bill will deliver more free childcare as part of a range of reforms. It was passed after a five-hour debate. Children’s Minister Aileen Campbell says it formalises the Scottish Government's commitment to early years:
