The Head of Education and Children's Services said vulnerable school children will still be cared for while schools are closed, amid the coronavirus outbreak.
Carrie Lindsay from Fife Council has been speaking to Kingdom FM News following Nicola Sturgeon's announcement that schools across the country will close tomorrow.
The local authority wants to ensure certain services are still being provided to children who need them.
Parents who are categorised as 'key workers' will also receive support.
