Members of the public invited to try being a lifeguard for a day
If you've ever fancied finding out what it's like to be a lifeguard, then it's time to head to Aberdour to learn some life-saving skills.
The RNLI is running a Taster Day at Silver Sands Beach between 12 and 3pm tomorrow (2nd September).
Volunteers will be demonstrating a variety of rescue techniques, as well as showcasing the specialist equipment they use.
There are only 20 places available, so anyone interested should contact Seasonal Lifeguard Supervisor, Iona Hamilton (iona_hamilton@rnli.org.uk).
