Westminster and Holyrood need to work together on the refugee crisis.
That is according to Scottish Labour, as an emergency debate on the situation is held by MPs. The party say 20,000 refugees over 5 years isn't enough, and that more need help now.
Germany is allowing many more than this - and some are predicting as many as 800,000 migrants will have moved there by the end of the year.
