Kingdom FM has been broadcasting to the people of Fife for 25 years today (Thursday, October 5).
And we're celebrating by playing songs from the 1990s all day, delivering donuts to local businesses and giving away 25 different prizes to its listeners.
Kingdom started on October 5,1998 at Haig House in Markinch and has grown to be the number one commercial station in the county.
We were the brainchild of George Macintosh and John Murray, who were able to create the station thanks to funding from local investors (and after a meeting in the now Beveridge Park Hotel two years earlier).
Kingdom FM, which has won many awards over the years, moved to its current base in Kirkcaldy in 2016 and was taken over by DC Thomson in 2019.
Latest figures show we attracts a loyal listening base of almost 60,000 a week.
Kingdom FM's programme controller Dave Connor was one of our first presenters. He spoke to our news reporter Emma Duncan on the past 25 years and how much the station means to him.
But it's not always gone right or quite according to plan:
People and businesses across Fife have been sending in birthday wishes, listen to some of them below:
