Kingdom FM is working with the RNLI to help Fifers stay safe when taking to the beach this summer.
Many will be heading to the coastline to take advantage of the summer weather.
But people are being warned not all beaches will have a lifeguard available.
We'll be hearing from the charity each week for the next while to find out more about its work in Fife.
