The Michelin tyre factory in Dundee will be looking to fill 90 new posts.
The vacancies will be rolled out in the coming weeks in both production and warehouse positions. Michelin have announced they are ramping up production as part of a revamp of their European operation.
Part of that will entail a 5 year investment plan for the Dundee factory of more than £52 million. They have starting building a new 20,000 square metre warehouse which will be finished next year.
The factory is long established, having been on the Dundee site for 43 years. The company say they are adapting to changing demands from customers by starting to make 16 inch tyres of top of the existing production of 13, 14 and 15 inch tyres. They are also plans to start distribution as well as despatch.
