Interim hearing says the sacking of Grangemouth union convener is likely to have ben unfair.
An employment tribunal has ruled that Grangemouth operator Ineos was 'likely' to have unfairly sacked union convener Mark Lyon.
In an interim decision, the tribunal said it was also likely that Mr Lyon would win his case for unfair dismissal.
And it ordered Ineos to pay his wages until the full hearing.
Mr Lyon was sacked after media reports surfaced about job loss fears at Grangemouth.
His union Unite says Ineos must drop its hostility to the workforce and ensure there is no discrimination against workplace representatives.
