Four members of the same family had to be taken to hospital after a blaze which happened at a block of flats in Dunfermline last night.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service says it was called to the four storey block on Gilfillan Road at around 8:45pm.
It's understood an electrical fire took place in the ground floor cupboard.
Firefighters had to use two breathing apparatus and two CO2 extinguishers.
The occupants affected underwent a precautionary check at Kirkcaldy's Victoria Hospital and suffered slight smoke inhalation.
