Kitty's alight for third time in a year.
Flames took hold at former nightclub, Kitty's, in Hunter Street, Kirkcaldy, just before 3pm on Sunday (September 3 2023).
It's the third time in a year the building has been alight .
Firefighters have confirmed no one was injured in the incident.
Kitty’s closed in 2019, with plans to convert the site into flats being lodged with Fife Council in December, but these have been withdrawn.
The property has been put up for sale as a nightclub or redevelopment opportunity.
