Fife mental health helpline available to help people during pandemic

Sam's is asking Fifers who are struggling with their mental health to give them a call on their helpline.

It started this week and runs on a Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The line is open between 2pm and 10pm on each of those days.

Chelsea Graham from the service says: "The phone support has only just started this week.

"Sam's is a peer-led service where people can access support regarding their mental health and well-being.

"It is a confusing time at the moment.

"People just need to have someone to talk to as well, regarding their mental health and well-being."

You can access the line on either 07971892886 or 07725214012.
