Fife Flyers Head Coach Todd Dutiaume isn't setting any specific targets for his side next season.
After returning for an 18th season, the 41 year old wants a 'hardworking, consistent' team next season.
The last campaign saw some high-profile wins, and disappointing defeats in a frustrating Jekyll and Hyde-style campaign.
The Kirkcaldy club finished 8th and missed out on the play-off finals, coming second in the Gardiner Conference to a strong Braehead Clan.
Dutiaume will take charge of the side's fifth season in the EIHL, his 18th at Fife, and will be registered as a player as injury cover, taking up an additional import slot.
On his return, Todd said: "I think everyone knows how passionate and committed I am to the Fife Flyers organisation. I'm obviously thrilled to be back for my 18th season as a member of this club ."
"It was important that we took some time to reflect on this past season but now it's time to begin to focus on the season ahead."
"My number one priority is to put together a strong, hardworking team that competes night in and night out."
"Fife has some of the strongest and most loyal support in the country and we aim to tap into that valuable resource by putting a team on the ice that excites them and consistently delivers."
The recruitment process is already underway for next season with the club set to "take time" to look over each candidate to "ensure that they fit in to the team that the Flyers Organization are looking to put together."
