Last season, he played against the Romanian national team for a Scottish select, and particularly impressed in the campaign to that when first choice Kevin Regan was ruled out.
Daly said he's glad to return as second-choice for Todd Dutiaume's side.
Blair said: “I am delighted to be back with the Flyers. It really is a fantastic organization to work for and I am delighted to be a part of the team again.”
“I’m looking forward to the season ahead and playing in front of the home crowd at Fife Ice Arena.”
A club spokesperson said Daly has a "loyal following" among the fans.
“Blair got the chance to display what he is capable of in our challenge match against the Romanian National team back in April and he has also performed well every time he has been called upon during the regular season.” They said.
“Blair works hard off the ice to stay in shape and is a popular guy in the room. He has a good work ethic and professional approach to the game and his training regime.”
