A "Fulmar Fest" is being held along with a beach clean to help protect wildlife.
There's a chance for people to see the marine wildlife on their doorstep this weekend.
RSPB Scotland is inviting people to join them to celebrate St Andrews' coastal creatures as part of National Marine Week, with events on until Monday.
They'll help people get close views of nesting fulmars on the cliffs, get involved in a summer beach clean and try out rockpooling.
Lauren Shannon, Community Engagement Officer for RSPB Scotland said: "St Andrews has a wealth of marine wildlife right on its doorstep and this is a great chance to get out and make the most of it.
"From a glimpse into rockpool life and seabird families, to joining the fight against beach litter alongside the Marine Conservation Society."
Fulmar Fest will take place on the coastal path outside St Andrews Cathedral on Saturday 1 August where people can drop by between 11 am and 4 pm to get a close up look at fulmars using telescopes and learn more about these fascinating seabirds.
The Summer Beach Clean will take place at East Sands beach on Sunday 2 August from 11 am until 1 pm. It's to help remove litter and plastic which is often eaten by birds who think it's food when they see it floating on the surface of the water. It's a partnership event with the Marine Conservation Society and equipment will be provided.
Rockpooling will take place at East Sands beach on Monday 3 August from 12 – 2 pm. Booking is essential for this event, please call 01738 630783 or email perth.admin@rspb.org.uk.
For both events taking place at East Sands, please meet at the car park overlooking the beach on Woodburn Place, KY16 8LB.
