An online petition has been launched to try and save Kirkcaldy's Tesco store.
The supermarket giant announced on Wednesday that it's one of 43 stores across the UK earmarked for closure.
It's part of measures announced by the company earlier this month, designed to cut costs and rebound from a disastrous 2014.
189 jobs in Kirkcaldy are under threat and there are fears for the future of the Postings Shopping Centre.
More than 3,000 people have put pen to paper so far calling on Tesco's Chief Executive Dave Lewis to reverse his decision.
