Some of Woodmill High's pupils are returning for lessons at the school's site in Dunfermline this morning for the first time since last August's devastating fire.
The new school term starts today with the school's building partially re-opening for classes for S3 to S5 pupils.
Modular classrooms have also been placed outside the building where lessons will also take place.
It's hoped S1 and S2 students will return to the site after the Easter break, with the aim of having all pupils, including those in the Department for Additional Support, back together by August later this year.
Yesterday, some of the 3rd to 5th year pupils came to the school to take a look at the facilities on what was the last day of their Christmas and New Year break.
Up until just before Christmas, the pupils were being taught at a number of host schools in Dunfermline and at Fife College.
