There's an appeal to find who was responsible for stealing a scarecrow during the Elie Scarecrow Festival.
It was taken from a local bakery on Friday night.
Smashed glass from beer bottles were left behind, according to a picture of a notice put up that was posted on Elie Fayre Day's Facebook page.
The event started on Friday and runs until this Sunday, when the winning scarecrow will be announced.
