A Fife golf course has been chosen to host the Ricoh Women’s British Open in 2017.
Kingsbarns Links, near St Andrews, has been part of the men’s European Tour for 13 years.
But this will be the first time Kingsbarns will host a Major Championship.
The Chief Executive of the Fife Chamber of Commerce says it's a great time for golfing events in Fife.
