D: If at all possible, I don't!

D: Someone I met on holiday when I was very young

D: Yes I enjoyed being disciplined!

D: A press trip to Trinidad and Grenada with Virgin Airlines

D: Horizontal is easier

I: About 22 - it was like a house brick!

D: A large one with alcohol, otherwise not too fussy
I: A large glass of red wine, a G&T or maybe a Guinness - but never all three together!
